Building life through exploration and experimentation born of family and school settings, challenges, mistreatment and their ensuing complex consequence, my search for development and maturity in navigating life has led me to explore and benefit from many growth-oriented processes.

With a background in dance, I studied BA Hons Dance Theatre at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London (1996) and have since explored many different approaches and ways of training the body.

I completed Amsterdam International Feldenkrais Teacher Training in 2002 and have subsequently undertaken a number of advanced courses with Feldenkrais luminaries. I have also attained Certified NLP training with Tristan Soames as Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer.

I love the way that both Feldenkrais and NLP systems use human structure as a basis for self-development and positive change, in which the learning process is central.

For me Feldenkrais is the only perspective that I have come across that not only acknowledges the role of the mind and perception, but also appreciates the intertwined relationship of body and mind so fully, that it effectively dissolves existing boundaries between them.

Through training as a Feldenkrais and NLP practitioner, many of the key aspects of how we as human beings learn, and how we learn to acquire knowledge, became increasingly compelling to me. It also became clear that studying, training and coaching in these disciplines could keep me fascinated and fulfilled for the rest of my days!

I love what the Feldenkrais Method has made possible for me and what it enables me to invite into other people's lives, that is, a sense of being able to move and live in the world in a more unified and complete way.
