"My ongoing search for clues to navigate life has led me to explore many growth-oriented processes."

Extensive experience

I studied BA Hons Dance Theatre at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London (1996) and have since explored many different approaches and ways of training the body.

I completed Amsterdam International Feldenkrais Teacher Training in 2002 and have since taken a number of advanced courses with Feldenkrais luminaries. I also attained Certified NLP training with Tristan Soames as Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer.

Body and mind are intertwined

I love the way that both Feldenkrais and NLP systems use the structure of our lives as a basis for self-development and positive change, placing learning at the heart.

Feldenkrais is the only perspective that I have found that not only acknowledges the role of the mind and perception, but also appreciates the intertwined relationship of body and mind so fully, that it effectively dissolves existing boundaries between them.

Through training as a Feldenkrais and NLP practitioner, many of the key aspects of how we as human beings learn, and how we learn to acquire knowledge, became increasingly compelling to me. It also became clear that studying, training and coaching in these disciplines could keep me fascinated and fulfilled for the rest of my days!

I love what the Feldenkrais Method has made possible for me and what it enables me to invite into other people's lives, that is, a sense of being able to move and live in the world in a more unified and complete way.
